Tube Rental
$8.00 per tube PLUS shuttle fee - Groups of 5 or less.
$12.00 per tube - Groups of 6 or more.
$8.00 per tube when rented with canoes or "to go."
Pappy's provides Personal Flotation Devices (PFD's) and paddles. The National Park Service requires that all canoers and tubers, age 13 and under, wear a PFD. All other canoers must have one in their possession. Tubers of any age will be provided a PFD should they so desire. Parents may want to bring PFD's for smaller children. Pappy's will provide PFD's of the "horse collar" type. Children generally find a vest type US Coast Guard approved PFD more comfortable.
Cooler tubes are provided free of charge, for each group of five tubers.
Prices are per day. Overnight rental counts as an additional days rate.
Shuttle Fees
Shuttle Fee includes up to 8 canoes, or as many tubers as will safely fit on the shuttle vehicles. Large groups will be charged an additional shuttle fee for 9-16 canoes, 17-24 canoes and so on. If you use your own canoe/kayak and equipment, the shuttle fee is $5.00 additional per craft. Fees for the shuttle of vehicles only to landings up/downriver are as for canoe shuttles. Shuttle fees for points on the Namekagon/St.Croix Riverway not listed below will be quoted on a case by case basis.
